SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
This Shipping & Return Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions referring to business with and purchase from Elevanfilm. By purchasing goods / services from Elevanfilm, you accept this Shipping & Returns Policy. Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully. The terms used here, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning as in the General Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping
Delivery times are indicated from the day the order has been dispatched. Elevanfilm usually dispatches the ordered products within 30 days after the order was placed. A notice about a successful dispatch (Yunexpress along a tracking link) will be sent out via email to the email address provided when ordering. Elevanfilm aims to fulfil your order in the time scale indicated above, however as delivery is independent from us we cannot take responsibility if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

1.1 Customs duty and customs clearance fee
Please be aware that your country may charge you import tax, and Elevanfilm has no control over this. All such taxes should be paid by the customer. Please note that 27% VAT comes on top of the prices shown on the website in case of orders within the countries of EU.
1.2 Estimated delivery time
Sometimes International transportation is more complicated, and the time limit may be affected by natural disasters, political issues, holidays, custom processes, etc, and the delivery time offered below is estimated based on the packages delivered in the past 2-3 months, for reference only. 2. Returns and Exchange
7 Days No Reason Return Policy & Conditions
If you are not satisfied with Elevanfilm products for any reason, you can return the products under unused conditions within 7 days of receive to receive full refund. The customer must pay for return shipping costs.
You need to contact Elevanfilm service support by email before you want to return or need replacements. If the item arrived damaged, defective, you can return the item and Elevanfilm will cover the shipping cost.
Within 1 year, buyers can send Elevanfilm products back for free repair service, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer breaks the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of those components.
To return the item, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure the product is in unused condition, in its original packaging with all items and accessories part of the package. Also, please make sure that the original bill is part of the package you’d like to return, as refunds can only be made in such case.
- Contact Elevanfilm via email (Mail@Elevanfilm.com) prior to returning / shipping the package.
- Once Elevanfilm has confirmed your wish to return your order, please pack the items properly, putting as much effort into carefully packaging them as possible.
- Ship the package to the address discussed, provided.
Elevanfilm shall refund the full price of the undamaged item as it is received
2.1 The return and Exchange policy will not be supported in the following cases:
Returned items that are used or damaged by the customer may not be accepted and your refund will be denied.
Any items returned beyond the 7-day return period are not eligible for exchange.
2.2 Refunds
Refund processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account. Please contact Elevanfilm products service if you want a refund or return via email to Mail@Elevanfilm.com
2.3 Sale items, products with discounted price
Elevanfilm is only able to refund the sale price of the items that were on sale when the customer placed an order.
3. Purchase information
The default currency indicated on the Website is US dollar.
Purchase prices are displayed in US dollar. Prices are net prices. EU orders will receive an additional 27% value added tax (VAT) on top of the listed price. Prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees are displayed separately also in US dollar. Free shipping is offered when customers buy over a certain amount. No extra packing costs will be charged.
In case Elevanfilm introduces special sale prices, a detailed information will be provided for our customers in relation thereto.
If clearly incorrect purchase prices are indicated on the Website, e.g. an incorrectly low purchase price is indicated caused by an eventual system malfunction, Elevanfilm shall not accept the order and shall not deliver the product at such incorrect purchase price. In such case Elevanfilm will offer to deliver the product to You at the correct purchase price, however You are entitled to withdraw your order regarding such product. The order confirmed by Elevanfilm at an incorrect purchase price shall be deemed as a null and void.
The total amount to be paid includes all costs on the basis of Your order and the confirmation email.
Please be aware that your country may charge you import tax and any other state duties, and Elevanfilm has no control over this. All such taxes and duties should be paid by the customer.
The invoice shall be sent to You in the package.
If You return a product and the return is approved, then the refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within seven (7) days from the reception of the returned item. Elevanfilm shall refund the original price that You have paid. In case of sale items, Elevanfilm is not able to refund the original price of the item, solely the sale price of it.
