3D打印耗材防潮箱
这几天用兰博的PLA+耗材进行打印，前几天打印效果还不错，能轻松粘板，但现在用着用着突然不沾板了，经朋友提醒，可能是因为耗材吸潮了，需要将耗材除湿处理。淘宝搜索了一下3D打印耗材专用的除湿箱，电除湿的价格大多在200至300，二氧化硅被动吸湿的价格在80元左右，简单盘算了一下物料成本，发现可以用不到100块钱做出一个能凑合用的防潮箱，于是又开始了折腾。

3D打印的69片夹
因为有群友要求做这个，我就做了，按照标准69尺寸制作的内框，参考了马田67的外框尺寸（85mm、70mm）进行设计，方便适配幻灯机。 设计细节 采用4条柱作为卡扣，4圆柱作为定位点，内槽设置0.15mm高度差台阶，以适配底片厚度。实测平整的69底片装上去效果还不错。 渲染图 实拍图-还没洗刷掉底胶所以看起来有点脏 上下片夹已进行公差优化（0.2mm），FDM打印机建议使用0.4mm喷头，0.2层高进行打印。也可使用SLA打印以获得更好的成品外观。 模型下载 70mm版本，用于Elevanfilm Mini Projector 点击下载 85mm版本，适配标准马田片夹 点击下载 赞助二维码： 如果觉得有帮助的话，可以考虑请我喝一瓶冰阔落噢！
