ECO camera as one of the most modular designed camera, providing unlimited possibility for every user. Since the camera frame is build with standard profile, you can easily applying any accessories like the cold shoe, back panel QR lock, screw focusing kit we’ve already provided on printables. We promise to keep open source those upgrade kit as long as these parts are easy to find. It is even possible to build another camera with ECO810 as we’ve already provide a quick shot conversion kit and a sinar p/f 8×10 conversion kit. Community user @hang and @clim has mount there ECO810 onto a toyo and arca-swiss monorail. And this modular spirit will be also apply to our 4×5, 14×17 and 20×24 camera.

The front stand features an eccentric structure to keep the gravity center of lens as close to the front stand’s center as possible, ensuring stability when using heavy lenses and accessories.

The front stand focusing structure employs adjustable damping, allowing users to focus within lightspeed and adjust reliably and precisely.

The use of self-locking hinges provides reliable support for the rear standard movements, making tilting operations more convenient without the need for repetitive locking actions compared to traditional strut designs.

The ECO810’s three-section Phillips structure allows for an adjustable bellows length range from 50 to 750mm, and both the front and rear stands can move both sides, accommodating most wide-angle and long-focus lenses. The bellows are made of high tech modern material, eliminating worries about bellows sagging and ensuring waterproofing and mold resistance for outdoor.

Considering the demands for low-weight and minimize size in outdoor photography, the ECO810 was designed with lightweight and compact folding as a goal. After several design optimizations, the folded dimensions of the ECO810 are only 350x350x110mm, with a weight of 4.5Kg (with Full Pro Upgrade Kit), making it more convenient for outdoor use.

The ECO810 kit include a finely machined Fresnel brightening screen. With the help of Fresnel screen, you will get a much brighter view from the focus screen.
