<p>We designed Grafnoct to integrate seamlessly into a photographer&#8217;s workflow. It is engineered specifically for two iconic systems that can harness its speed:</p>

<li><strong>Graflex Speed Graphic:</strong> Utilize the camera&#8217;s built-in focal plane shutter for speeds up to 1/1000s. (Lensboards will be available for both Anniversary and Pacemaker models).</li>



<li><strong>Sinar DB Shutter:</strong> Enables flash synchronization, ideal for studio-based alternative processes. (An ND filter is recommended for outdoor use due to the 1/60s maximum shutter speed).</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>The Evolution of SLR Focusing Mechanisms</strong></h2>



<p>In the early days of the SLR camera, its parallax-free viewfinder experience won the hearts of many photographers. The sharpness of the image on the focus screen directly indicated focus accuracy. Yet, anyone who has handled vintage cameras knows the struggle: judging focus on a ground glass screen is notoriously difficult. Developing a precise focusing system became a long-standing challenge for every manufacturer.</p>

Yet the early evolution of these screens was anything but straightforward.</p></div>

<p>Some camera designers sought to improve focus clarity by increasing viewfinder magnification. But higher magnification required shorter eyepiece focal lengths, resulting in punishingly short eye relief—a dealbreaker for bespectacled photographers. This technological impasse ultimately ushered in the split-image focusing screen&#8217;s rise to prominence.</p>



<p>While many embraced this simple, intuitive focusing method, criticisms emerged: certain subjects stubbornly resisted clear focus confirmation on split-prism screens. Meanwhile, achieving true 1:1 magnification typically demanded bulky 5X loupes with complex four-element optics—hardly conducive to nimble fieldwork.</p>



<p>Japanese manufacturers promptly addressed this with microprism focusing screens. These screens, incorporating numerous &#8220;miniature split-image&#8221; structures in the central area, gained rapid popularity for their broader applicability across photographic subjects.</p>

<p>Both split-image and microprism focusing screens had inherent limitations. While they performed adequately with fast standard lenses, telephoto and small-aperture lenses caused their focus areas to darken significantly. The narrower light beams couldn&#8217;t fully or accurately cover the entire split-image or microprism zone (though microprisms were slightly less affected).</p>



<p>Another critical issue was viewfinder focus precision. Typically, 0.02mm accuracy was required (a key benchmark in many film camera tests) to confirm proper focus alignment. This demanded focusing screen textures significantly finer than this measurement &#8211; yet not so fine as to approach smooth glass, which would make focus confirmation impossible.</p>



<p>Early Fresnel lenses failed to gain popularity due to complaints about their pronounced ridges creating uncomfortable viewing experiences. While later Japanese SLRs solved this through precision manufacturing, the early Exakta cameras offered an intriguing solution: a plastic film on the condenser plane embedded with countless microscopic convex lenses. This design &#8211; resembling an ultra-fine microprism screen &#8211; improved focus judgment while scattering light evenly to maintain viewfinder brightness, effectively aiding both composition and focus.</p>

The key innovation lay in its minimally-textured convex lenses &#8211; even when used with a 5x viewfinder magnifier, these microscopic elements remained unobtrusive while maintaining optimal viewfinder brightness.</p></div>

<p>Exakta&#8217;s groundbreaking concept was later adopted and refined by Japanese camera manufacturers. Through meticulous optimization of the textured patterns on the plastic films, companies like Minolta eventually developed superior high-brightness focusing screens and viewfinder systems.</p>



<p>However, the quest for perfect focusing solutions continued. German engineer Josef Dahl observed that photographers often &#8220;racked&#8221; the focus ring back and forth to find optimal sharpness. His innovative solution divided the focusing screen into three distinct zones &#8211; foreground, middle ground, and background. When all three zones appeared equally sharp, precise focus was achieved. While this design didn&#8217;t necessarily speed up focusing, it did provide improved accuracy in certain shooting scenarios.</p>

<p>Where Josef&#8217;s solution was unconventional, Alpa Reflex implemented a truly distinctive approach. The system projected a rangefinder&#8217;s coincident image patch into the viewfinder while displaying the focusing indicator at the top of the frame.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Where does the error in SLR cameras come from?</h2>





<p>The SLR&#8217;s optical path—comprising the lens, mirror, focusing screen, pentaprism, eyepiece, and film plane—introduces multiple potential error points. Slight discrepancies between the viewfinder image and actual film-plane projection often plague poorly manufactured entry-level SLRs.</p>



<p>The most overlooked culprit is the reciprocating mirror: its return position isn&#8217;t perfectly consistent! Quality SLRs maintain mirror repositioning errors within 0.03mm—negligible for photography—but cheaper models exhibit greater variance. This also explains why pressing the mirror manually for cleaning is strictly discouraged: permanent deformation of its support mechanism will inevitably cause front/back focusing issues.</p>

<p>While rangefinders have a fixed baseline (distance between viewfinder and rangefinder windows), an SLR&#8217;s &#8220;baseline&#8221; is more complex. Consider early 50mm f/2 SLR lenses with ~25mm entrance pupil diameters—smaller than the 40mm baselines of premium rangefinders. This made SLRs less precise with wide/normal lenses.</p>



<p>However, SLRs gain an advantage with telephotos: the magnified viewfinder image allows reasonably accurate focusing, whereas rangefinders struggle with tiny, detail-less patch images at long distances—compounded by increased mechanical margin for error.</p>

<p>Of course, this is only the ideal scenario—reality is worse.The split-image focusing prism in an SLR <strong>does not utilize the lens&#8217;s full aperture for focusing</strong> (you can test this yourself: whether the lens is wide open or stopped down, the viewfinder&#8217;s focus misalignment remains similar when slightly out of focus). This makes it <strong>more difficult for the human eye to judge precise focus.</strong></p>

<p>Imagine this: the actual focus might be off by <strong>a full meter</strong>, but because the viewfinder&#8217;s feedback is unclear, the photographer ends up capturing an <strong>out-of-focus image</strong> without realizing it.</p>



<p>Moreover, SLR focusing screens inherently carry their own margin of error.The split-image focusing screen struggles with low-contrast subjects compared to traditional rangefinder patches, presenting greater difficulty in achieving precise focus. More critically, many split-image screens suffer from manufacturing inaccuracies, introducing additional errors that degrade focusing precision.</p>



<p>Injection-molded focusing screens particularly struggle to maintain split-image prism tolerances &#8211; a key reason why the Olympus OM-1&#8217;s focus accuracy fell short of competing systems.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Enhancing Focusing Screen Brightness</strong></h2>



<p>Fast lenses cannot directly improve focusing accuracy, but they do increase viewfinder brightness—a critical factor for achieving precise focus, as a clearer image aids judgment. That said, beyond the lens itself, viewfinder brightness has always been a key concern.</p>



<p>Early SLRs relied on silver-coated pentaprisms and condenser lenses to boost brightness, but these measures were insufficient. Demands like small-aperture telephoto photography or specialty low-light shooting required exceptionally bright viewfinders. Nikon and Canon, aiming to meet photojournalists&#8217; needs, pushed the limits to ensure split-image screens remained functional even with extreme lenses like 500mm f/8—eliminating the dreaded blackout effect, a remarkable feat for its time.</p>



<p>During the 1960s–70s, Japanese manufacturers began replacing Exakta-style bulky glass condensers with thinner Fresnel lenses. While early versions still showed visible Fresnel patterns, continuous brightness improvements eventually minimized this issue. Later innovations integrated condensers, Fresnel lenses, and pentaprisms, yielding significantly improved viewfinder performance.</p>

<p>After optimizing these components, manufacturers turned their attention to the focusing screens themselves, all working to reduce light scattering. By this point, Nikon&#8217;s focusing screens were already over 20% brighter than competing products, while Minolta&#8217;s Acute-Matte screen, with its 2.5 million tiny honeycomb-shaped conical structures, improved brightness by a full 50%.</p>

<p>Test data shows manufacturers were aggressively pursuing solutions to prevent split-image blackout at f/5.6 and even f/8 apertures, with Beattie even advertising a &#8220;four-stop brightness increase.&#8221; These special texture-based bright screen technologies were used by camera manufacturers well into the digital era.</p>



<p>It&#8217;s worth noting that before choosing third-party bright screens, photographers should understand their camera&#8217;s structure, as many models place their light metering after the focusing screen or even behind the viewfinder. Changing focusing screens might affect metering accuracy on such cameras.</p>



<p>Of course, focusing screens continued to improve with technological advancements. Many bright screens tend to emphasize central brightness, which some criticize as cutting corners. However, the reality is: the human eye is more sensitive to central brightness improvements, and appropriately limiting the central bright area won&#8217;t affect light meter readings – achieving the best of both worlds.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>2021年5月，EMP幻灯机后背1.0版正式发布，早鸟版本的设计及使用体验略显粗糙，但为整个系列的设计理念定下了基调——小型化、模块化、多功能。在后续的一年中，我们根据用户反馈，不断更新产品设计，最终EMP4.0诞生了。EMP4.0是EMP幻灯机后背系列的最终版本，它将以全新的外观设计、更好的投影效果，给您带来更优的反转片投影体验。 EMP4.0更新内容 1. 优化的散热风道，更沉浸的投影体验 在第三版，我们曾收到用户@Langbo 反馈风扇噪声偏大的问题，在幻灯机使用中，因为风扇噪音导致使用体验不佳。为了解决风噪问题，在保证幻灯机具有足够散热能力的前提下，我们更换了合适的静音风扇，同时在幻灯机内部采用消音锥设计，进一步降低风扇噪音。 同时，群友@DDSP提出，幻灯机的电池、驱动，以及充电模块，在使用的过程中都会产生热量，在EMP4.0版本之前，电子仓采用的都是封闭设计，空气并不流通，会造成一定的热量积累。为了尽可能利用空气流动带走热量，我们重新设计了幻灯机内部的风道，仅通过一枚风扇，实现了灯室到电子仓的空气流通，尽可能降低热量，以实现更好的温度控制。 通过消音锥及风道设计，我们将幻灯机的风噪降低了一半，同时兼顾了电子仓散热。取消了3.2版本之前的格栅散热顶盖设计，幻灯机漏光更少，能进一步增加反转片投影时的沉浸感。 （哦对了，@DDSP大佬还提到开关需要作保护，以防误触烧机。第四版开关位由此改为内凹式造型，尽可能减少误触） 2. 全新的镜组设计，更完美的投影画面 @Streamv_4330反馈EMP3.2版本在勃朗尼卡SQ上存在投影不全的问题，在投影6X6画幅时会遇到画面下部分遮挡。我从模型设计到镜组设计依次排查，打印了6套测试结构，购置了不同参数的镜组挨个测试，终于解决了这个问题。 在EMP4.0版本，我们采用全新的镜组设计，镜组尺寸更大，投影画幅最大可支持到6X8。在投影时，边角画质相比3.2版本有了明显提升，同时亮度均匀性更好。为了让各个机型获得最佳投影效果，我们重新排查了每一种机身转接板设计，解决了部分机型的投影遮挡问题，在投影时能获得更好的观看体验。 3. 更可靠的镜组支架，让画面精调更轻松 多相机兼容性，一直是EMP后背系列的主打卖点。通过切换机身接板并调整镜组相对位置，即可快速转接使用。但精调流程在EMP4.0之前一直是一件麻烦事，步骤繁杂且调试不便，不仅考验耐心，还需要一定的运气（需要多次测量合适距离）。我们工作室在优化镜组调试流程上花费了不少的时间，从支架式、螺丝固定导轨（某个小伙伴推荐的皮卡汀尼轨设计），到现在的卡槽式固定。 卡槽式结构既能方便调整镜组位置，又可以确保光轴同线，同时不需要额外固定。EMP4.0版本在精调流程中，只需要根据实际投影效果，重复尝试不同的镜组位置即可，免去了前版本的拆胶调整，无需担心光轴问题。我们通过测试，得出了不同镜头焦段下的镜组推荐位置，方便用户根据自己的镜头快速调整。 4. 更大电池C口快充，让投影续航更持久 在EMP4.0版本，我们重新定制了更大容量的动力锂电池。为了确保电池使用中的安全性，所有电池均带保护板，内置温度控制和过冲过放保护，采用圆柱形封装。相比软包电池，长期使用无需担心鼓包和刺穿问题。在续航表现上，最长续航时间可达40分钟。搭配了支持快充的Type C充电控制板，边冲边用可实现更长续航。 5. 全新灯珠可选，让画面色彩更真实艳丽 为了满足大家对色彩还原的需求，我们找遍了市面上合适条件的灯珠，可能是因为条件太苛刻（高显色RA95+、高亮度3000-4000lm、色温5000K、易于驱动），花费了很多时间搜索却一直没有结果，一度让我觉得市面上没有合适的灯珠了。机缘巧合之下，我在外网搜索了一些相关的关键词，终于发现了一款适合的灯珠，恰巧这款灯珠为国内厂商生产，原用途为高端照明。 这款灯珠作为幻灯机光源，相比我们现行的高亮高显灯珠又提高了一个档次的真实感，在颜色还原上更有优势。同时亮度的提升，让投影面积进一步增大。因为灯珠功率翻倍，为了尽可能降低热量，我重新选择了一款高达12.86CFM风量的台湾协禧ADDA 4010风扇，相比同尺寸风扇能提供2倍风量，有效降低了功率带来的温度上升。 //具体画面对比图隔日更新 灯珠名称 现行款高显高亮 定制款灯珠 亮度 2400lm 3500lm 色温 5000K 5000K 显色性 RA90+ RA95+ 功率 20W 48W 发热量 低 中 幻灯机续航 40分钟左右 23分钟左右 噪音 低 高 灯珠对比 现行款灯珠与定制灯珠均符合富士反转片投影光源标准。主观对比，定制款灯珠在颜色还原上的优势非常明显，特别是在R8色段对红色的还原尤其诱人，饱和度带来的色度对比度提升，让画面更显立体感；在绿色还原性上稍差，不过也是是优秀水平（RA83）。这颗灯珠以中正的色温，高亮度，优秀的色彩还原，在投影、翻拍，亦或者是作为补光用，都是非常不错的选择。 定制灯珠比现行款高显高亮灯珠的价格高出了5倍，且库存有限，未来不一定能作为常驻可选灯珠，有需要的小伙伴可以在回寄更新或者购买新机时备注该选项，我们将会根据大家的选购意愿采购一批备存。 6. 模块化设计再升级，一机实现4重玩法 我一直觉得，EMP系列这么好的光源，只玩投影那就太浪费了，让玩家花一份钱获得更多，岂不美哉！第三版我们对多功能设计进行了一些简单的测试，发布了试验性的翻拍配件，受到了一位翻拍玩家的大力推荐。 EMP4.0增添了更多模块化设计，而且专门优化了相应的配件使用，以下是目前所支持的模块： 一体机模块：自带镜头，实现幻灯机独立投影，投影面积更大 放大模块：等效100W的365nm紫外光源，可实现接触印相免底放大 观片器模块：适用于67至以下画幅的底片观片 翻拍模块：搭配免片夹支架使用，实现高色彩还原的底片翻拍 EMP4.0已经构建出了一整套围绕光所展开的功能模块，一张底片从数字化到实体化都可以通过一台机器完成，这种操作在此之前是从未有过的；我也希望能这套设备能让玩家的玩机成本进一步降低。 结束语 胶卷越来越贵、种类越来越少，再加上一些食腐鸟般的提价行为，Film never die? 在一些人眼里胶片其实已经死了，他们都在等待句号的落下，一段百年历史的结束。 然而胶片真的会死吗？我觉得现在不可能，以后也不会，胶片作为图像的记录和保存形式，承载的不仅是画面，更是记忆。柯达克罗姆底片在适宜环境下保存百年，市售反转片也能保存数十年，而银盐放大的相片/湿板/银板更是能保存百年以上。当我翻看着海淘来的上世纪反转片，突然有一种时间回溯的感觉，陌生的人透过幻灯片向我展示他们的生活，而我像是穿越者，在时间暂停的那一刻，尽情的端详着他们每一根毛发:P 若干年过后，保存在断电硬盘里的照片逐渐消失，胶片却还能陪你走到生命的尽头。而那个时候，肯定有更好的光源，更棒的镜头，更好的幻灯机，将胶片中每一颗银盐颗粒所带来的记忆画面，都真实的还原在你眼前。 21年3月，我提出了EMP的构想，初出茅庐却得到了大家的支持与鼓励，一个特别的想法也因此播种，拾忆菲林工作室正式成立。一年后的今天，我交出了EMP4.0这最终的答卷，这份答卷离不开大家的批评与建议，很多小伙伴在研发的过程中给予了我们非常大的帮助，让我们得以做出更好的产品；感谢所有的玩家对我们的包容，让我们有充足的时间弥补不足。EMP系列只是一个起点，我们会继续扩宽产品线，做出更多更好用的，属于玩家自己的摄影产品！</p>

<p>在EMP4.0版本，我们采用全新的镜组设计，镜组尺寸更大，投影画幅最大可支持到6X8。在投影时，边角画质相比3.2版本有了明显提升，同时亮度均匀性更好。为了让各个机型获得最佳投影效果，我们重新排查了每一种机身转接板设计，解决了部分机型的投影遮挡问题，在投影时能获得更好的观看体验。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. 更可靠的镜组支架，让画面精调更轻松</h3>



<p>多相机兼容性，一直是EMP后背系列的主打卖点。通过切换机身接板并调整镜组相对位置，即可快速转接使用。但精调流程在EMP4.0之前一直是一件麻烦事，步骤繁杂且调试不便，不仅考验耐心，还需要一定的运气（需要多次测量合适距离）。我们工作室在优化镜组调试流程上花费了不少的时间，从支架式、螺丝固定导轨（某个小伙伴推荐的皮卡汀尼轨设计），到现在的卡槽式固定。</p>

<p>卡槽式结构既能方便调整镜组位置，又可以确保光轴同线，同时不需要额外固定。EMP4.0版本在精调流程中，只需要根据实际投影效果，重复尝试不同的镜组位置即可，免去了前版本的拆胶调整，无需担心光轴问题。我们通过测试，得出了不同镜头焦段下的镜组推荐位置，方便用户根据自己的镜头快速调整。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. 更大电池C口快充，让投影续航更持久</h3>



<p>在EMP4.0版本，我们重新定制了更大容量的动力锂电池。为了确保电池使用中的安全性，所有电池均带保护板，内置温度控制和过冲过放保护，采用圆柱形封装。相比软包电池，长期使用无需担心鼓包和刺穿问题。在续航表现上，最长续航时间可达40分钟。搭配了支持快充的Type C充电控制板，边冲边用可实现更长续航。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. 全新灯珠可选，让画面色彩更真实艳丽</h3>



<p>为了满足大家对色彩还原的需求，我们找遍了市面上合适条件的灯珠，可能是因为条件太苛刻（高显色RA95+、高亮度3000-4000lm、色温5000K、易于驱动），花费了很多时间搜索却一直没有结果，一度让我觉得市面上没有合适的灯珠了。机缘巧合之下，我在外网搜索了一些相关的关键词，终于发现了一款适合的灯珠，恰巧这款灯珠为国内厂商生产，原用途为高端照明。</p>



<p>这款灯珠作为幻灯机光源，相比我们现行的高亮高显灯珠又提高了一个档次的真实感，在颜色还原上更有优势。同时亮度的提升，让投影面积进一步增大。因为灯珠功率翻倍，为了尽可能降低热量，我重新选择了一款高达12.86CFM风量的台湾协禧ADDA 4010风扇，相比同尺寸风扇能提供2倍风量，有效降低了功率带来的温度上升。</p>

<p>现行款灯珠与定制灯珠均符合富士反转片投影光源标准。主观对比，定制款灯珠在颜色还原上的优势非常明显，特别是在R8色段对红色的还原尤其诱人，饱和度带来的色度对比度提升，让画面更显立体感；在绿色还原性上稍差，不过也是是优秀水平（RA83）。这颗灯珠以中正的色温，高亮度，优秀的色彩还原，在投影、翻拍，亦或者是作为补光用，都是非常不错的选择。</p>



<p>定制灯珠比现行款高显高亮灯珠的价格高出了5倍，且库存有限，未来不一定能作为常驻可选灯珠，有需要的小伙伴可以在回寄更新或者购买新机时备注该选项，我们将会根据大家的选购意愿采购一批备存。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">6. 模块化设计再升级，一机实现4重玩法</h3>

<p>我一直觉得，EMP系列这么好的光源，只玩投影那就太浪费了，让玩家花一份钱获得更多，岂不美哉！第三版我们对多功能设计进行了一些简单的测试，发布了试验性的翻拍配件，受到了一位翻拍玩家的大力推荐。</p>



<p>EMP4.0增添了更多模块化设计，而且专门优化了相应的配件使用，以下是目前所支持的模块：</p>

<p>EMP4.0已经构建出了一整套围绕光所展开的功能模块，一张底片从数字化到实体化都可以通过一台机器完成，这种操作在此之前是从未有过的；我也希望能这套设备能让玩家的玩机成本进一步降低。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">结束语</h2>



<p>胶卷越来越贵、种类越来越少，再加上一些食腐鸟般的提价行为，Film never die? 在一些人眼里胶片其实已经死了，他们都在等待句号的落下，一段百年历史的结束。</p>



<p>然而胶片真的会死吗？我觉得现在不可能，以后也不会，胶片作为图像的记录和保存形式，承载的不仅是画面，更是记忆。柯达克罗姆底片在适宜环境下保存百年，市售反转片也能保存数十年，而银盐放大的相片/湿板/银板更是能保存百年以上。当我翻看着海淘来的上世纪反转片，突然有一种时间回溯的感觉，陌生的人透过幻灯片向我展示他们的生活，而我像是穿越者，在时间暂停的那一刻，尽情的端详着他们每一根毛发:P</p>

<p>若干年过后，保存在断电硬盘里的照片逐渐消失，胶片却还能陪你走到生命的尽头。而那个时候，肯定有更好的光源，更棒的镜头，更好的幻灯机，将胶片中每一颗银盐颗粒所带来的记忆画面，都真实的还原在你眼前。</p>



<p>21年3月，我提出了EMP的构想，初出茅庐却得到了大家的支持与鼓励，一个特别的想法也因此播种，拾忆菲林工作室正式成立。一年后的今天，我交出了EMP4.0这最终的答卷，这份答卷离不开大家的批评与建议，很多小伙伴在研发的过程中给予了我们非常大的帮助，让我们得以做出更好的产品；感谢所有的玩家对我们的包容，让我们有充足的时间弥补不足。EMP系列只是一个起点，我们会继续扩宽产品线，做出更多更好用的，属于玩家自己的摄影产品！</p>

<p>EMP135采用模块化前后组设计。其中前组负责镜头接驳、反转片片槽的功能；后组为灯室，通过切换不同类型的灯室，可以实现不同功能。通过拔插即可更换前组及后组，实现不同场景下的使用。</p>

<p><strong>3.1.免片夹前组装片：</strong>打开免片夹支架，将待投影的反转片，凹面朝下放入免片夹支架，并将免片夹从EMP135前组右侧插入；</p>



<p><strong>3.2.片槽前组装片：</strong>使用马田片夹，将装框好的反转片，从EMP135前组右侧插入；柯达克罗姆幻灯片也可以直接插入；</p>



<p><strong>4.插入PD电源：</strong>通过具有<strong>PD供电</strong>协议的充电头、充电宝进行供电。Type C充电线也需要符合PD标准。插头在幻灯机后组右侧，需将C口充电线完全插入接口；常规的18W苹果快充头都具有PD充电协议，若没有可搜索【PD快充头/充电宝】进行购买</p>

<p>需要更换模组时，请<strong>提前取下安装在前组的镜头</strong>，通过抽拔前后组的方式即可轻松更换模组。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">注意事项</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>安装镜头时，一定要<strong>测试镜头是否安装牢固</strong>，再进行使用；</li><li>推荐使用50mm镜头进行投影，使用最大光圈进行投影即可。也可以使用50mm以上的镜头进行投影；</li><li>当前版本使用的灯珠为高亮度高显色灯珠，在投影时应注意单画面投影时间不超过3分钟；</li><li>PD供电模式为12V 1.5A，功率为18W；</li><li>EF卡口用户若需要切换光圈，可以将镜头装在相机机身，调整至所需光圈，按下景深预览按钮的同时取下镜头，即可切换光圈进行投影。</li></ul>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>3D打印机类型：FDM打印机</li><li>喷头直径：0.4mm</li><li>打印层高：0.1至0.2mm</li><li>其他：无需打印裙边，以减少打印及后处理时间</li></ul>



<p>该模型对打印机精度要求较高，可事先打印样品进行测试，确认成品安装无误再批量打印。</p>



<p>若孔位大小不合适，可以在切片软件中调整孔位大小补偿。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">重新设计的片夹系统、<strong>兼容性更强的法兰距数据</strong></h2>



<p>片夹系统是连接光与镜头的桥梁，也是幻灯机后背最常使用的部分，片夹系统使用的方便与否会直接影响到使用体验。因为FDM打印机的限制，在第二版的设计中，我们的片槽型片夹系统只能切分成两块进行制作，后续拼接以及组装难免会带来公差、毛刺的影响；而且切分组合的片槽会进一步增加整体的厚度，减少后背对不同机型的兼容性。</p>



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"><p><em>针对公差、毛刺等问题，我在8月份专门设计出了一套片槽的辅助组装工具，效果非常明显。最难处理的是片槽厚度，也就是法兰距问题，第二版的片槽要参与机身与幻灯机后背连接，厚度不能做薄但也不能放弃结构强度，在这个基础上我尝试从其中一片片槽着手，厚度从削减0.5mm逐渐削减到2mm进行测试，最终选择了1.5mm这个折中的数据。这1.5mm的削减看似不多，但对于后口法兰距非常短的机器，比如哈苏，已经有比较明显的提升了。</em></p></blockquote>



<p>为了彻底解决这个问题，我索性<strong>直接削减掉原来的2片式片夹结构</strong>，将片槽直接做进后背主体。这样做的好处有很多，既可以减少片槽厚度（减少了4mm），提高后背的兼容性，又减少了组装环节的误差，外观一体感更强，结构强度也更高。重新设计的片槽支架，既解决了不同画幅尺寸差异导致的换片难问题（之前是通过换卡槽实现），也让取片更加的简单快捷，使用片夹进行投影将更加方便快捷，没准还能实现新的功能（先不剧透）</p>



<p>这里要非常感谢群里的<strong>空白格</strong>和<strong>卡什尼科夫·Ma·flag斯基</strong>小伙伴，为这项改进提供了建议和大致方案。当时聊着聊着不知不觉聊到了凌晨，整个人在床上滚来滚去就是睡不着(ノ｀Д)ノ，猛然之间脑袋突然有了灵感，直接爬到电脑前面开始画图建模加打印测试，一气呵成，猛地一看外面已经天亮了2333（惨）</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>更可靠安全的供电</strong></h2>



<p>第二版的供电系统是让我又爱又恨的一个模块，为了在外观上尽量减少打孔，选择了磁吸式的充电线，搭配着定制的2串充电模块和特别设计的隐藏式侧透充电指示，外观上确实更加简洁了，但随之而来的却是各种奇怪的BUG，各种充不上电，开不了机。怀疑是充电模块的长期弱放电，导致电池保护板开启放电保护关掉了输出。每次遇到这个问题都意味那台机器需要重做——即重新制作一台主体（成！本！爆！炸！），这个问题在第二版的整个生命周期中不断出现，销毁丢弃的机器也已经堆成了一座山（是真的），而浪费的时间更是赶上了打印机宕机。这个问题最后逐渐影响到我们的心态，甚至有些想放弃整个项目和研发，毕竟在尚不可观的回报面前，压在前面的订单压力更容易让人失落。</p>

<p>最终我还是和自己的执念和解了。第三版采用了更加可靠且大众化的DC口，虽然没法像之前那样插在充电宝上充电，但是相对的提高了充电功率，目前定做的快充版充电功率已经达到了18W，足够两款灯珠足额输出的同时还能给电池蓄能了。不过我还是留了一手，第二版最主要的问题在于电子件之间的不兼容，只要学会电路和画板，第四版我打算自己制作一个集合驱动、充放电及电池管理于一体的电路板，用回typeC充电。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">更人性化的卡扣设计、结构重新针对3D打印优化</h2>



<p>因为没有专门学过工业设计，我的设计水平很长一段时间都一直停留在B站某弯弯教学视频的层级，设计思路也一直很朴素，胶和磁铁成了第二版的主要连接及卡扣方式，这种设计既增加了安装调试时间，又不可避免的会增大各个组件之间的公差。后面陆续学习了其他教程和案例，豁然开朗，大刀一挥，砍掉了第二版机身上所有的磁吸及胶粘。</p>



<p>片槽支架现在直接固定在了后背机身上，一块片槽支架直接实现了67至135的片夹支撑，同时保留免片夹投影功能。</p>

<p>盖子件从原来的3件削减到两件，使用了新设计的卡槽形式，再也不用像以前那样用胶粘了。</p>



<p>第三版绝大部分零件也会继续采用3D打印制作，开模什么的就不考虑了，打算再优化几版再看看需求决定。根据家里的3台打印机性能，我对每一个零件的公差都进行了优化，前期困扰的层纹振纹等问题都被修复了，零件外观和结合强度也有所提升。</p>

<p>ElevanFilm Mini Projector是一类新型幻灯机，与传统幻灯机不同的是，移除了沉重的投影镜头和对焦机构，将投影的光学部分，交给您更可靠的相机；摒弃了炽热的传统光源，采用更加高效且利于散热的LED光源，减少了烘烤底片的风险。因此，EMP将提供给您相对更好的投影画质、更清凉安静的使用体验。</p>



<p>为了批量生产，EMP将使用<strong>3D打印制作</strong>相应的结构件。为了确保打印质量，我们优化迭代了数十个版本的打印参数、采用了物理性能好且价格较昂贵的改性碳纤维材料打印。尽管如此，因为3D打印的天然属性，我们依然无法完全控制每一台成品的外观完全一致，且打印时间较长（24小时制作一套材料），还请您理解。</p>

<p><strong>制作过程</strong>中，我们会仔细检查打印件的细节，并进行手工打磨，确保部件符合装配要求。这可能导致部分部件表面可能会有小瑕疵，还请您多多包涵。</p>

<p>组装完成后，每一台幻灯机将进行<strong>上机测试</strong>，调整内部光学结构的位置，以达到理想的投影效果，并拍摄测试结果留存。为了方便后期进行调整及更换光学组件，EMP内部仅对对应组件做了基本的加固处理，使用蓝丁胶防止快递产生的组件位移，但这仍然不能完全确保您收到的时候，内部组件与校调的一致，您可能需要手动微调以适配您的相机。（<em>特别针对玛米亚RZ67及哈苏500系单反相机——因为我没有这俩）</em></p>

<p>对于<strong>包装</strong>，为了环保及节约成本，我们并没有定制包装，而是采用回收纸制作的纸箱，并设计了一套贴纸进行装饰，，内里采用泡泡棉防震。您可以保留纸箱备用，若后期有产品升级需求，可使用原纸箱寄回，无需二次包装。</p>

<p><strong>关于发货时间及价格</strong>。本产品制作时间较长<em>（外壳13小时，接板两块6小时，磁吸片夹2块2小时，内支架3件3小时）</em>，难免会因为打印机宕机、物料延迟等原因，导致交期延迟，还请您多多理解，您可以从QQ群了解产品的制作信息，也可以通过B站：拾忆菲林，通过直播间实时了解制作进度。</p>



<p>产品从研发到定版一共耗时3个月，打样数十次,，购置了数套定制组件；制作过程需要全程人工操作，为了尽可能提高打印机的利用，需要经常通宵值守（最佳记录是连续通宵了7天），导致本人生物钟完全偏离；超长的工作时间，整月无休，以及3D打印带来的潜在健康风险，让我不得不考虑这个项目能否给我带来合理的收益。目前的价格，是我在结合对标产品、制作成本，以及大家的价格期望综合考虑而得出的。若您对产品感兴趣，也可以先在群里了解，确认需求了再购买。</p>
